An application is not considered to be complete without all required documentation AND PAYMENT OF APPLICATION FEE as outlined in the "Application Form and Instructions". Be sure to review this document carefully and submit your application well in advance of the deadline in order to avoid having your hearing delayed. Once a COMPLETE application is received, you will be placed in the NEXT AVAILABLE SLOT. This may not be the next scheduled meeting if that agenda is already full.
