Center for Women and Enterprise
- At CWE, women and other entrepreneurs are connected with the resources they need in order to run successful small enterprises. CWE offers classes, workshops, mentoring, business counseling and other services for a wide range of business-related topics.
Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) Program
Bristol joined nine other Rhode Island communities in adopting the Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank's C-PACE program, an innovative financing model that supports our commercial and industrial business owners who wish to undertake clean energy and energy efficiency projects that will improve their bottom lines.
C-PACE enables owners of Eligible Commercial & Industrial Buildings to finance up to 100% of Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy, Water Conservation, Environmental Health and Safety Eligible Improvements. Financing is provided by private Capital Providers at competitive rates with repayment terms consistent with the useful life of the improvements, generally up to 25 years.

Experts at the Rhode Island Small Business Development Center (RISBDC) at the University of Rhode Island provide no-cost business counseling, training, and access to resources that support small businesses throughout the state from start-up through maturity. A Business Counselor is available for appointments at the East Bay Chamber of Commerce on Thursdays each week.
Roger Williams University
RWU offers opportunities for businesses to partner with students on projects directly related to business needs throughout the Rhode Island community.
