Elections
The Board of Canvassers is a citizen-run group charged with the running of the local election(s). Town Clerk's Office is responsible for maintaining the records, such as ballots and voter information.
Bristol Primary Elections occurs every two years on the second Tuesday of September*.
Bristol General Elections occur every two years on the first Tuesday of November*.

Not going to be in Town for the election?
- Download a mail-in ballot application online or pick-up a paper application at Bristol Town Hall.
- Mail the application to Bristol's Local Board of Canvassers (Bristol Town Hall) at 10 Court St. Bristol, RI 02809.
